Moderate hotel, impeccable service, unbeatable location. Wonderful view, a large balcony, big bed, too. Exceptional meal at seaside restaurant. The building itself was historic with a well-maintained garden.
The hotel was airy, and we got a newly remodelled room. We ate excellent toast, hot waffles, pastries, fruit and eggs for breakfast. The location was ideal, adjacent to airport, restaurant, downtown.
The room was carpeted and I loved the pool, it was excellent. The continental breakfast was absolutely superb and had eggs, pastries, hot waffles, toast and fruit.
Overall, it's good base for exploring Austin attractions. The rooms with nicer showers and old school AC, as example.

Lovely pool, calm property. Bed was amazing, and the room itself was nice. The pool was well maintained.
